Where I Teach Wednesday (2 Days Late!)

Despite the fact that I currently don't have a home classroom, I'm linking up the pictures of my frog themed classroom from last year and also my sister's polka dot classroom from this year. Her room isn't done yet, but I'll show you what we have done so far!

Click the picture below to check out my frog themed classroom!

Here are some of the pictures from my sister's classroom. She teaches a special ed class and only has four students!

It's amazing how much better a teacher desk can look!

This is my favorite! I bought her the photo board from Walgreen for $5.00 and added the black and white ribbon.

This the back of the room. On the left is her unfinished calendar board and in the middle is her "anti-bullying" board. That was the hardest bulletin board I have ever had to make. I had to cut around not one, but two electrical outlets and a soap dispenser!!

These tubs will hold her clip boards and white boards. The tubs came from Wal Mart and the sticky letters and polka dots are from Dollar Tree! The smaller tubs are from Target in the Dollar Spot.

Here is a view of the front of the room. This is still a work in progress. The left board is a math board and the right is for the bell schedule and classroom rules. We are definitely making her rules on polka dot ribbon though!

This her classroom library currently. We decorated the two pillars with reading genres.

Finally, this is her table by the door for homework, mailboxes, etc. The table cloth is from Target too.

I'll be sure to post updated photos when we get them! School doesn't start up here until Sept. 6th. I'm just happy that I at least got to partake in some classroom decorating this year. Be sure to check out everyone's classroom pictures at {Blog Hoppin'}.

I like your sister's polka dotted room! The polka dots definitely made her desk look great.
